Feel free to send the watch back within 5 days if not happy for any reasons.
Shipping is on us if the watch is not as described.
If you just change your mind shipping is at your own cost.
The watch must be returned in the exact same original conditions that you received it. Refund will be done after 3 open days maximum of inspection.
Return policy apparel & accessories
It’s clear, we’re not a fashion brand but we do believe in the Tokant way of life. That is why we’ve created our apparel and accessories collection. Not to become a fashion brand, but to gather kindred spirits around us that like us love vintage watches. That us why we try to simplify the shipping process as much as we can. We want it to be simple and smooth. So pick your favorite tshirt, sweater, bracelet,... and have it shipped to you for a fixed price of €10 within the EU, €17 worldwide. We don’t offer free returns as our products are wearables but we are certain that our products are of the highest quality so you will be pleased with them! On the other hand, if there is a real quality issue with the product contact us and we will find a solution together. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have the right within 14 days of your purchase to return it to us. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
