Shipping :
We use our own shipping solutions. Our insurance cover any shipping issue.
Custom clearance is your responsibility depending on what you declared and your country rules.
Also taxes and fees are your responsability.

Our policy lasts 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return policy apparel & accessories
It’s clear, we’re not a fashion brand but we do believe in the Tokant way of life. That is why we’ve created our apparel and accessories collection. Not to become a fashion brand, but to gather kindred spirits around us that like us love vintage watches. That us why we try to simplify the shipping process as much as we can. We want it to be simple and smooth. So pick your favorite tshirt, sweater, bracelet,... and have it shipped to you for a fixed price of €10 within the EU, €17 worldwide. We don’t offer free returns as our products are wearables but we are certain that our products are of the highest quality so you will be pleased with them! On the other hand, if there is a real quality issue with the product contact us and we will find a solution together. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have the right within 14 days of your purchase to return it to us. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Refund :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send a wire.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our prices are free. We can move them as we need.
All prices are in EURO €
While we offer a currency changer please note that we accept only EURO €.
Please insert the item title as the title of your wire.
Please note that we will never ship Yan item before a total payment 100% cleared.
We check every payments so please note that we will not ship the item if we suspect a fraudulent payments.

1/ Book the watch with a 1000€ deposit
2/ You will receive our iban by email to pay the difference
3/ We will proceed to the shipment once payments cleared
